Erm....why? Of all the posters/members (and lets face it there are allot of members on here ;o) ) Hitchy is one who makes a few valid points, so he likes to have a chuckle. The thread is of no real relevence to any thing any way!!

My oldman (Bob M) got a call from Dave Simms a few weeks back asking why he hadn't renewed his season ticket. It was thesame situation, just asking for any feedback and to see if their was anything he could do for him. I personally thought it was a nice touch and my oldman is more than likely renewing his season ticket.

That's good customer relations in my book.

If Bob M does end up renewing, let's just hope at the end of the season he's thanking the Steelers management for convincing him it was the correct thing to do.

Its a shame all this experience didnt extend to reading the rules , understanding warnings & not making inappropriate posts aimed at young girls, all of these he has been warned for before. He's played the game of bait the moderator for too long and we have had enough. The ban isnt for one post he made , its for many posts which have added up.

I've been reading this forum for many years and i've seen people do much worse than Hitchy and either don't get banned at all, or get banned, and then re appear after a certain amount of time.

That certainly is quite a libelous accusation to make unless proof is conclusive and close at hand.

If I were Mr H, I'd certainly consider a letter to Mr BP about the conduct of the moderators on the offical steelers forums if not.
